Does my friend need to create an account?
No. They just enter FRIEND10 at checkout on their first order and the 10% is applied automatically. That's it.
How does the ocean cleanup work?
We work with Seven Clean Seas — a verified organisation removing plastic from oceans and coastlines. Every referral order funds a 5kg removal, on top of the 1kg removed per regular order.
Is there an expiry on the code?
We review the code monthly. If you're planning to share it, do it sooner rather than later — we'll announce any changes in advance.
Can the code be used more than once by the same person?
The 10% discount is for a friend's first order only. It can't be stacked with other offers and isn't valid on subscriptions.
