What is the difference between Luxe and Vibes?

Luxe is precision-machined anodised aluminium. Vibes is made with 100% ocean-bound recycled plastic through our partnership with #tide ocean material.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every Lifelong deodorant applicator is designed to last a lifetime, and it comes with a lifetime guarantee.

How does the ocean plastic impact work?

With every case sold, 1kg of ocean-bound plastic is removed through our #tide ocean material initiative.

How do the refills work?

Each refill is our natural deo powder in 100% plastic-free packaging. Simply mix it with water, fill your applicator, and keep the applicator for a lifetime.

How long does a refill last once mixed?

Around two months with daily use.

What is the shelf life?

An unopened refill has a shelf life clearly marked for two years. Once the sachet is opened and the deodorant is mixed, it keeps for six months.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are plant-powered and aluminium-free. If you have known sensitivities, check the full ingredient list first.

Does the powder contain sodium bicarbonate?

No, our formula does not contain it. Our manufacturer thrives on being the most sustainable, healthy personal care manufacturer in Europe.

Is your product vegan?

Yes. Animals have no place in the personal care industry.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Pause, skip, change scent or cancel whenever you need, with no hoops to jump through.

How often do you ship with a subscription?

We ship three refills every six months, straight through your letterbox. Each refill lasts around two months. You can pause, change dates and change scents at any time.

How much do I save if I subscribe?

Up to 30% on every refill, for as long as you subscribe.

Worldwide. Shipping is free on every subscription order.

How can I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived when you expected, send us the order number and we'll chase it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us a photo and your order number and we'll put it right straight away.

How do I clean my deodorant?

The silicone sleeve goes in the dishwasher or washes in hot water, and the ball cleans under a running tap. Use warm water and a little soap on the applicator itself, then dry it completely. We have done our best to minimise rust, but keeping it dry helps.

How do I replace the ball?

Unscrew the cap, push the ball out from behind it, then push the new one in from the top of the ball holder.
